The Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE) has produced a case study following an independent consultant and self advocate on learning disability rights a journey from London St Pancras to Margate. The study follows Wendy Perez, who is a wheelchair user with learning disabilities, as she negotiates the route, highlighting access issues and areas for improvement along the way.

Among other issues, signage, access to trains, staff management and information provision are discussed.
