The national tourist board, VisitEngland, would like to conduct a short piece of research with approximately three access groups in England. VisitEngland feels that accessibility is an essential consideration for all tourism businesses and works with them to improve the visitor experience across England for everybody with access needs. The research will consist of a short focus group that could form part of your next meeting.
